Almost home...

After only two nights in the hospital, Annikah's recovery is advancing beautifully. Her nurse practioner said that on their recovery curve, Annikah was definitely on the high end and was doing terrific.

After major head surgery, you'd think a person would want to keep calm with limited movement...as I'm writing this, Annikah is out in the hallway of the hospital walking with Mommy and Aunt Tracie (on her OWN two feet)!

All of her wires and tubes have been removed and she's almost home!

Oh.....WOW! Only in glory of God ~ only by the strength and mercy of the Great Physician can I read this entry and understand HOW it's possible that this could be real.

I am so thankful ~ may God make His presence known in the days ahead. I'm praying for brother and sister and mommy & daddy, too. Oh, and Gramma and Grampa since they're two of my favorite people to pray for. :) Oh, and Uncle Randy, Aunt Melinda, Uncle Rick, Aunt Wendy, Uncle Dennis, Aunt Mary, Uncle David and Aunt Dawn...and the entire troop of cousins little Annikah is blessed to have! And that's only on the side of family I know! Wow ~ what a legacy! God bless you all!!!
